I’m rarely at a loss for words. I always have a lot of ideas and ways to solve problems. Because I value concrete action, I like to turn ideas into actions, plans, and results. I will be a good thought partner if you are facing a challenge and unsure how to move forward. At the same time, I’ve realized that my voice and presence can take up a lot of space in a group. Don’t be alarmed if I call on you amongst your peers- I sense you have something to add, and I am interested in hearing it!
I feel a high level of responsibility and give most of my day to help others. I seek out challenges and problems and continuously add them to my to-do list. My executing strengths work together to handle multiple tasks at a time, so know that I will always make room on my plate to support you too.
Entrepreneurship is a family tradition.
I am a 3rd generation entrepreneur following in the footsteps of my father, Chris, and grandfather, Gene. My grandfather planted roots for his family and business at 8111 Raytown Road.
In remembrance of my grandfather and the valuable lessons I learned while visiting 8111, I decided to brand my business Eighty-One Eleven HR Consulting. I strive to achieve the same core values that my grandfather once taught me. Eighty-One Eleven works with businesses throughout the KC Metro, the region and has clients around the world.
