The Beginnings of Bryan Rapp Agency
In 2005, having just gotten married to the love of my life, I knew I wanted a career path that would allow me to create my own schedule so I could spend time with my wife and future children. With eight years of experience in insurance, a lifelong desire to start my own business, and this new family goal, I decided to launch my own agency with American Family Insurance less than a year later.
Lessons Learned From a Tough Start
The start proved difficult, as unlike many other agents, who get a book of business to work from, I had to start literally from scratch. Over the last decade and beyond, however, I have managed to build my agency into one of the top producing operations in the state of Kansas. In that time, I have learned the value of remaining permanently open-minded, relentlessly positive, relying on my support system, and always making time for my family. I have never forgotten that the harder I work at my agency, the more I get to spend time with my family.
